Our crew consists of the following aerospace enthusiasts:
Founder/director & publisher Anton van Rijsbergen has 36 years of
practical experience in both general aviation and historical aviation, including holding
a PPL and co-managing an FBO. Nowadays he is employed at an (aviation) MRO-company,
and works as a volunteer at Vliegend Museum Seppe (Flying Museum Seppe). During this period he has written
for several small aviation publications, before founding Aerospace Information Service.
Author Arno Landewers has a Masters Degree in
Aerospace Design & Engineering. He specializes in space exploration, buoyant aircraft,
and the aircraft registry's of The Netherlands, The Netherlands Antilles, Aruba,
and Surinam. He has been active for many years, and is presently (among other things)
member of the board of directors of the KNVvL/Koninklijke Nederlandse Vereniging voor
Luchtvaart (Royal Netherlands Aero Club).
Author Loet Kuipers specializes in the history of aircraft types
and models. He has been active for more than 30 years, and is presently
(among other things) member of the board of directors of the KNVvL/Koninklijke
Nederlandse Vereniging voor Luchtvaart (Royal Netherlands Aero Club).
Author Jan Willem Laroo has been on the avianet-team from
the very early beginnings. He specializes in historical aviation, but is interested
in all aspects of aerospace.
